Your customer(s) within Prewave will send you Assessment requests. These could be tied to a certain legislation, or sent as part of general ESG and sustainability strategy.
Each Assessment has a different purpose and the aim is for the customer to capture important operational and sustainability practices at your enterprise, or for you as a supplier to proactively enhance your company's standing in the Prewave network, subsequently enriching your score and presenting your business in the best light.
Assessments are answered by you at site-level. This means that the answers will only apply to that Site. The reasoning for this is that as location, function and enterprise structure changes, so may the answers given for a certain Assessment.
This applies only to Prewave's Public Assessments, which are offered on our platform for free for you as a supplier
Recently we introduced a "spreading" mechanism for certain Assessments that we deem potentially applicable to some if not all Sites in your Site Group. This means that with one click, you can make an Assessment answer "global" and spread it to all your Sites.
The pre-requisite is that the Assessment needs to be marked as "Site Group-Wide"

For this to work, you will need to have answered the Assessment for one Site. Once that is done, click on the Menu and Self-assessment.
On the left, under "My Sites", select the Site where you answered the Assessment you want to spread.
Click on the tab Site Group-Wide and subsequently Apply to sites
You will then see a popup that allows you to select the Sites you want to spread this answer to.
Once you are happy with your decision, click Apply Answer to complete the process.
This is especially helpful if you have several requests from different customers, or to different Sites, for the same Assessment.
