Registration through a customer request on Prewave
As a supplier, the most common case when you will need to register to Prewave is when you receive a request from one of your customers to perform an action on the Prewave platform, such as:
Completing a product origin request
Providing a statement request
Or answering an assessment request
In order to complete any of this requests, you will need to register to Prewave, as only this will allow you to share your progress with your customer. The steps to follow when you receive this kind of customer request by email are:
Check Your Inbox: Look for an email from Prewave containing the request link.
Click the Link: This will direct you to the Prewave platform.
Enter Your Details: Provide the required information and click on the ‘Next’ button.
Check for Confirmation: Complete registration by following the instructions in the confirmation email you will receive on the provided email address.
Once done, you will be able to complete your customer’s request.
Registration through Prewave's Supplier Portal
You can also register to Prewave as a supplier just to explore our platform and the different actions you can take on it. To do so, you will need to register through our supplier portal. There, you can click on the option 'Join for free'.
You will then be redirected to the registration form, which you must fill out with your information and then submit. After completion, our team will set up your account and get back to you to let you use Prewave as a Supplier.
With your account, you will be able to do much more than just answering assessments requested by your customer. You can also answer to alerts (news on the Prewave Network), follow your own suppliers, answer Prewave’s Self-Assessment questionnaires, and more.
