Status Definitions

Understand what the various statuses mean in Prewave

Requested

The starting status you will see when visiting the EUDR Interface in Prewave. This means that your customer has sent you the request, and you have not yet placed an answer

Answered

This status means you have placed a “Data Ready” answer in the system, i.e. the communication of geolocations, DDS information or a Simplified-One-Time-Declaration (Option 1: Data Ready)

Rejected

This means that you have marked the product as out of scope and assigned a TARIC code to communicate that the product is exempt (Option 2: Out of Scope)

Delayed

This status means you have selected a Data Delay reason (Option 3: Data Pending)

Cancelled

This status means that the customer who sent you the origin request has cancelled it. There are no further actions required from your side for this particular request. The customer might send a separate one

In Progress

This means you have started answering but not yet sent and completed the request
